Orientation and Introduction to College Studies, or more commonly known by the acronym ospek, an activity for a few days (depending on the policy and campus organizing committee) carried out with the aim to introduce more deeply about the campus bureaucracy, organization, SME, study, and of course to introduce campus itself.
What was in your mind when you hear the word "hazing"? Of course most are not much to Penggojlokan Peloncoan, conducted by senior against New Students (MABA). In this context, new students are often afraid to mention "Prospective New Students", because in general hazing became one of the requirements to be possessed title "Student".
Each campus certainly apply different rules, held with different themes, in different ways, making hazing can be remembered by future students. As well as me personally, at my college High School Multi-Media "MMTC" Yogyakarta, when I hazing in 2014, I was able to enjoy these activities from beginning to end for about 4 days. The hallmark of which I get from Student Orientation Week (Posma), or designation for hazing in STMM "MMTC", is the way the material is very varied scheduling each, so when I recall those times Posma, I felt impressed.
So what needs to be prepared to deal with hazing? In general, because the goal is to broaden the students on campus, not too much that needs to be prepared for it. But when ospek associated with penggojlokan or peloncoan, then of course the preparations had to be more. Mental and Physical Preparation, two things become when you are facing a major capital seniors. Although in fact we are only going awry, but at least mentally we're ready. Physical, because when ospek, for 4 days, or perhaps a full week, your time will be spent on preparation and any provisions that need to be prepared, necessarily need physical ready too.
